Refund Policy

Postal Orders

We do not offer a refund or exchange on food due to shipping.

If you have not received your cookies because of wrong or incomplete shipping address, then we cannot offer a refund or replacement. 

If your item has had multiple attempted deliveries from the courier and you haven't collected it, and it gets returned, then we can't offer a refund or replacement. 

If your item arrives incorrectly, we require a photo of the defect to agree to a suitable remedy.

To be eligible for a return, your cookies must be in the original packaging .

To complete your return, we require an order number or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will issue next steps via email.

We have carefully selected our postal service to make sure processes are in place to deliver your cookies fast and in perfect cookie yumminess but we do not take any responsibility for postage once it has left our business.

We will not refund due to postal issues but we will work with you to ensure you have the perfect product to the best we can.

​Please note that it is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery information at the checkout. If you don't receive your delivery because you provided the wrong delivery address, we cannot issue you a refund.

Each of our cookies are handmade - We strive to produce accuracy in products to make sure they are similar or close to the same.

please note cookies may vary slightly due to the chocolate used and each cookie being made fresh - handmade with no nasty ingredients meaning they may differ slightly.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

We understand situations change  and we try our best to find the best solution for our customers.

However please note as changes require administration, there is a $10 admin fee for changes and/or cancellations.
